Returns and Refunds Policy

Within thirty (30) days of delivery, if there are issues relating to any defect in the condition of the Products, or if the Products do not correspond to your oder, contact us by email to support@sensorglobal.com quoting your Order Number, end describing the issue you are experiencing.

You will be advised on how to return the item.

Once the item is received and validated to be faulty or damaged, or not what was ordered, a refund or credit will be processed within 7 business days.

Annual Subscription Fees

As per the Terms and Conditions of the the SaaS Service agreement that you electronically signed with Sensor Global, the Subscription Fee is payable by the Customer for the Inital Term specified on the SaaS Services order form. It will automatically renew for successive periods of 12 months unless notice of non-renewal is provided in writing (in the manner described in the SaaS Services order form) 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Where there is any cancellation of SaaS Services, there is no refund of the Subscription Fee(s) available.
