Using IoT (Internet of Things) technology, rental property smoke alarms are connected to the cloud and managed using remote software.
Sensor provides for automated and remote testing of smoke alarms at the intervals as set by the property manager. No more keys are needed for access, or organisation of times with tenants and contractors.
